We are a well-established, popular, family-owned and operated restaurant in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood, and we're looking for an experienced Dishwasher / Food Prep Team Member to join our friendly, hardworking team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

• Assist with daily food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.

• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.

• Assist kitchen staff with additional duties as needed.

• Help ensure smooth and efficient daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience is required.

• Must speak and understand English to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and follow instructions.

• Experience with both dishwashing and food preparation is preferred.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties.
